Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact service@modsluxe.com before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

1. Email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Wait for approval and the authorized return address.
3. Send the item using a trackable shipping method and keep your shipping receipt.

Do not send returns to our registered company address. The correct return location will be provided after your request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging. After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us within the 30-day return period. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items excluded from return for hygiene reasons are non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
